Ginny Ring Cottage comprises one double bedroom with wardrobe, dressing table & window giving views onto courtyard; a fully fitted bathroom / wet room with shower, basin & w/c; slate steps down to the lounge area with Aga woodburner and comfortable seating. The lounge area has a high definition TV, high definition Freesat & DVD. The cottage has oak floors throughout with some loose rugs for comfort. A private decking area allows visitors to enjoy views across the Vale of Edeyrnion.

An oak staircase rises from the lounge to a further galleried mezzanine area furnished with a Double Sofa Bed, coffee table and two chairs with spectacular views down the valley as far as Castell Dinas Bran in Llangollen.

At the rear of the lounge area is a fully fitted kitchen / dining area with four ring hob & oven, sink, counter tops, microwave, fridge, dining table & chairs. The stable door gives views across the farmstead along the Nant Heulog valley. The cottage is heated throughout by electric fuelled (electricity included) under-floor heating and water supply is from our filtered spring supply.

Outside the cottage is a verandah constructed on top of the old stone pigpens providing a private decked seating area for barbecues or relaxing and admiring the views. Sit out after dark to appreciate the splendour of the night sky without light pollution.
